We endeavor to provide the best shopping experience for our customers and that includes shipping & delivery as well. To deliver that promise, we currently focus our operation within below countries & regions:

Asia: Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong and Philippines. 

Europe: UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden

How Much It Costs

Currently, we offer free shipping in all regions we operate as we believe aesthetics should not be exclusive to the minority.

Meanwhile we also charge small extra for value added services like express shipping and free, fast return. 

How Long It Takes

Normally, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. The expected time of arrival for each country will be calculated during checkout based on your chosen shipping options. Unless specified, the ETA given is calculated in business day 

Please note that expected time is not 100% guaranteed. It is calculated based on the time frame which 90% of our orders fell into and is subjected to the covid conditions, changing customs policies of destination countries, holiday seasons or other extreme events. We encourage you to shop as early as possible during Holiday Seasons

Tracking Your Orders

Once a purchase has been made, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Another email containing your tracking number, along with the link to track your order, will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Duties & Taxes 

All parcels would be shipped on DDP terms ( delivery duty paid ), meaning all the taxes and duties would be billed to the account of INSPECIAL HOME so the customers could save more time and money. That being said, ( in rare case ) the customers might be asked to provide relevant info or documents by the customs to facilitate the clearance of their purchase items and the customers are responsible to follow the instruction of the customs / courier / INSPECIAL HOME to provide such info and comply with the local law and regulations. 

How The Parcel Is Packed

To delivery our promise of supplying high street designs at as lower price as possible, we might use reduced packagings for some items to contain the shipping costs. This might incur certain changes on packagings including but not limited to replacement of original packagings with our redesigned compact packagings, adjustment on the original protection or removal of the original packaging. But rest assured, all the parcels would be shipped to you with adequate protection that has been tested thousands of times.

In case you're purchasing a gift and an original packagings might be necessary, please notify us in advance via email so we could calculate an adjusted shipping rate on the basis of original packagings for you
